Shipping Policy

At AutocareZone, all orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Most auto parts and accessories are shipped from our US warehouses, and customers typically receive their orders within:

  • 4 to 10 business days anywhere within the United States.

However, during periods of:

  • High order volume

  • Stock shortages

  • Seasonal sales

  • Supply-chain delays

…shipping times may extend up to 15 days or more. We will notify you in case of any significant delay.

Refund & Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided you have a valid reason for the return.

To initiate a return or cancellation, you must email us a clear written statement with the reason for return at:

We will issue a refund within 30 days after we receive the returned item in:

  • Original packaging

  • Unused condition

  • Free from installation marks or damage

Our inspection team will review the returned product, and their decision will be final.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The item was purchased within the last 7 days

  • The item is returned in original packaging

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in resale condition

Items NOT eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized auto parts

  • Items that cannot be returned due to their nature (e.g., perishable or time-sensitive items)

  • Items related to safety or hygiene that were unsealed after delivery (e.g., certain car cleaning kits)

  • Items that have been installed, used, or mixed with other products

  • Electrical items once opened (common auto-industry policy)

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy conditions.

Returning Goods

Customers are responsible for:

  • Shipping costs

  • Safe packaging

  • Risk of loss during return transit

You must ship the item to the return address provided by our customer support team.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
AutocareZone is not responsible for lost or damaged returned items.
Refunds cannot be issued without receipt of the returned goods or proof of delivery.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be issued.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
